Shift/Pay Rate:
• Days – 7am-7pm - $15/hr
• Nights – 7pm-7am - $16/hr
• Two days on, two days off. Working every other weekend.
• After you hit the 90 day period, pay will increase by $2/hr.

What's a typical day as a Plastic Injection Molding Operator? You'll be:
• Safely feeding material into machines and inspecting products for defects to ensure quality output.
• Performing quality checks and accurately counting various product sizes before packing them into appropriate packaging.
• Making minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and maintain production efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous experience as a packer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (highly preferred).
• Can effectively collaborate with team members and follow standard work instructions.
• Are physically capable of standing, walking, twisting, stooping, and bending throughout your scheduled shift, while adhering to safety protocols and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
