Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute material planning strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of components and products.
• Execute procurement activities, including the creation of purchase orders and management of supplier schedules.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and monitoring performance to meet quality and delivery objectives.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, identifying and resolving any discrepancies to minimize shortages and excess.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment of operational requirements.
• Analyze supply chain performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management (preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing sector).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
