Job Title: Pilot Plant Technician/Technologist
Location: Food Manufacturing Facility
Shift: 8 Hours/Day | 5 Days/Week

Bring Innovation to the Table: Become Our Next Pilot Plant Technician

Are you a mechanically inclined professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We are looking for a versatile Pilot Plant Technician to join our food manufacturing innovation team. This isn't just a production role—it's an opportunity to be at the heart of our research and development trials, helping us bring new products to life.

If you enjoy a "no two days are the same" atmosphere and have the technical chops to keep equipment running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

The Role: What You'll Do
As a Pilot Plant Technician, you will be the engine behind our product trials. You will move seamlessly between operational tasks and technical troubleshooting to ensure our plant performs at its peak.

  • Operational Excellence: Receive and scale raw materials, load ingredients, and expertly operate pilot-scale equipment for various trials.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Use your mechanical skills to perform minor repairs and collaborate with the team to resolve equipment issues on the fly.
  • Process Integrity: Support site-wide initiatives regarding quality control, safety protocols, and overall pilot plant performance.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Assist in everything from initial ingredient preparation to final trial execution.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Education: Minimum of an Associate's Degree is required. A Bachelor's or Engineering Degree is strongly preferred and will set you apart.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: You are comfortable working with machinery and have a natural "knack" for how things work.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Safety Mindset: You understand the importance of PPE and a clean work environment (Anti-slip and steel-toed shoes are required).

Why Join Us?
This is a 40-hour-per-week role where your technical input is valued. You will work within a collaborative team that is constantly testing the boundaries of food technology. If you are flexible, hardworking, and ready to grow your technical career in the food industry, this is the place for you.
