• Long Term
• Great pay rate – $17.00 hr.
• Shift Monday-Friday:
  • 10am-6:30pm
• On-Site Role: The work location is in Jacksonville, FL - (Deerwood/Baymeadows area)
• Medical Benefits/ PTO/ Holiday Pay

What's a typical day as a Pick, Pack and Shipping Associate? You'll be:

• Pick products from Vertical Storage Unit (VSU) and place orders in trays
• Pick products from Pick to Light (PTL) units and place product into trays
• Places boxes in magazine chute (Box Dropper)
• Scan product and place product into box and flex bag orders
• Fill A-Frame channels with product, retrieve and return cases to flow racks
• Retrieve product to fulfill incomplete orders to be shipped the same day
• Verify orders prior to boxing and labeling for shipment
• Continuously 5S work area(s) to keep clean, neat, and organized

This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (3) months of related experience and/or training.
• Outstanding attendance record required
• Ability to read and comprehend simple written and/or verbal instructions and emails
• Ability to learn directions, observations and mistakes, and apply correct procedures using good judgement
• Ability to record information such as training and attendance records
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations
• Ability to perform basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using units in American currency and weight measurement, volume, and distance
• Basis computer skills such as the ability to input information via keyboard and mouse
• Excellent written, oral communication, organization and computer skills will be needed.
• Job duties are performed a climate controlled environment
• Ability to be at assigned work area at scheduled time, demonstrating reliable and punctual attendance, including taking and returning from breaks and attending meetings in a timely manner
