Who We're Looking For
- Licensed Physician (MD or DO only)
- Active, unrestricted U.S. state medical license
- Office within 50 miles of Tulsa or Oklahoma City (ADA-compliant)
- LLC or other legal business entity
- U.S. Citizenship required
