Who We're Looking For

• Licensed Physician (MD or DO only)
• Active, unrestricted U.S. state medical license
• Office within 50 miles of Tulsa or Oklahoma City (ADA-compliant)
• LLC or other legal business entity
• U.S. Citizenship required
