We are currently seeking a Field Operations Manager w/ petrochemicals experience in South Houston/ Webster, TX 77598!

Pay: 80k salary yrly depending on experience 
Job Type: Direct Hire 
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 


Requirements:

• 5 yrs or more oil & gas industry experience 
• traveling to company meeting and sites
• customer service skills and communication skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft office and communication systems 
• 5 yrs Management experience 

Job Description:
Communicate consistently with managers, staff, and customers to uphold safety and operational standards.
Partner with other key divisions to ensure efficient and up-to-date operations.
Implement and enhance quality assurance protocols.
Travel to job sites for QC, safety inspections, and team coordination.
Maintain SOP consistency and manage equipment and uniform programs.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate a large team, ensuring preparedness and resolving operational challenges.
Oversee staffing, training, and material management.
Conduct regular job audits and reviewsCommunicate consistently with managers, staff, and customers to uphold safety and operational standards.
