We're looking for a dedicated Payroll Subject Matter Expert to join our client's team remotely. What's a typical day as a Payroll Subject Matter Expert? You'll be:
  • Responsible for processing and maintaining payroll data across multiple states.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Preparing special pay calculations and payroll reports.
  • Managing employee garnishments, fringes, and payments.
  • Ensuring programming of payroll systems for special calculations and compliance.
  • Supporting seamless year-end and year-begin processes.
  • Engaging with ADP for change requests and thorough testing of solutions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
  • Proficiency in ADP GlobalView and experience with SAP payroll systems.
  • Multistate, Inpat/Expat, and Canada processing experience preferred.
  • APA Certified Payroll Professional (CPP or FPC) credential is a plus.
  • A strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
