We're seeking a Customer Service Administrator / Parts Coordinator to work with one of the world's leading eyewear companies, Luxottica, in Frankfort, IL.

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Administrator / Parts Coordinator You'll be:
  • Supporting the parts department with administrative and customer service tasks

  • Managing inventory, ensuring availability and timely fulfillment

  • Creating and managing purchase and sales orders accurately

  • Picking and preparing parts needed for customer repairs

  • Maintaining accurate service repair records to track parts usage and repair history

  • Providing timely support to customers and internal staff to ensure smooth operations

  • Coordinating with service teams, manufacturers, and customers for parts requirements and deliveries

  • Conducting regular inventory counts to support data-driven decisions

  • Tracking and analyzing sales and stock levels to optimize inventory efficiency

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1–3 years of administrative office experience

  • Proficiency in computer systems and general office applications

  • Experience in parts or inventory management (auto parts background a plus, but not required)

  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

  • Effective communication skills for working with customers and teams

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
