What's a typical day as a Temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
  • Providing administrative support and coordination for various departments, reporting to management and team leads.
  • Managing purchase card reconciliation on a monthly basis, ensuring timely and accurate records.
  • Coordinating logistics for onsite meetings, including catering arrangements and setup.
  • Supporting department inventory control by maintaining and organizing supplies.
  • Assisting with scheduling tours and communicating with other departments.
  • Handling multiple assignments and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Possess a high school diploma (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Have previous experience as an administrative assistant (required).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Have experience with SAP (preferred but not required).
  • Excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and adapting to a fast-changing environment.
  • Display strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Are able to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
