Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.00 per hour Shift: 1st (7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday with Saturday overtime required if needed) Why you should apply to be Pick and Pack Worker:

What's a typical day as Pick and Pack Worker? You'll be:
  • Operating packaging and labeling machinery with minimal supervision.
  • Cleaning, packaging, and labeling products to ensure both sterile and non-sterile finished goods.
  • Following detailed, defined procedures and guidelines to complete tasks accurately.
  • Reporting to the Packaging Supervisor or Production Lead.
  • Performing routine, manual tasks and making simple judgments within established solutions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have the ability to follow detailed instructions and established guidelines for task completion (no prior experience required).
  • Possess basic technical knowledge related to packaging and labeling (training provided).
  • Are able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
