What's a typical day as an Order Processing Rep II You'll be:
- Fulfilling orders for internal and external customers ·
- Researching and analyzing legal documents ·
- Submitting legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations
- Retrieving legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations
- Researching entity status
- Resolving or escalating issues
- Following requests through to completion
- Communicating progress to customers and internal teams
- Navigating quickly between multiple processing systems and databases quickly and accurately
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
- Overtime and minimal (5%) travel may be required.
- Contributes to customer satisfaction and organizational success · Participates in process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4 years customer service experience, including: Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately.
- Utilizing keen attention to detail skill accurately
- Utilizing communication skills, including both excellent verbal skills and written communication.
- Working independently while still being an integral part of a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Adobe, ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
