Job Opportunity: Order Picker – Cherry Picker Operator | Pooler, GA
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Location: Pooler, GA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Order Picker to join our team in Pooler, GA. This position requires operating a cherry picker to accurately select, move, and prepare warehouse items for shipment. Speed, safety, and production are key—you must have a proven history in picker production and at least one year of cherry picker or order picker experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker safely and efficiently to pick orders and move products
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of speed and accuracy
• Handle and organize warehouse merchandise according to company procedures
• Prepare orders for shipment by verifying product and quantity for outbound loads
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols
• Report any damaged goods or equipment issues
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience operating a cherry picker or order picker in a warehouse environment
• Proven track record of picker production and meeting performance metrics
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and ability to work at a fast pace
• Ability to lift and move items as needed in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse
• High school diploma or equivalent
