  • Location: Houston, TX (Fully Remote)

  • Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

  • Employment: Contract (6 months)

  • Shift: 8:00 AM start time, 40-hour work week

What's a typical day as an Operations Clerk III? You will:
  • Perform non-routine tasks related to PA Renewals.

  • Document tasks into clear process flows and assist with training materials.

  • Quote annual renewal pricing to customers and follow up on purchase orders.

  • Proactively make calls to customers and manage your own renewal territory.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, branch staff, and customers.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

  • Execute tasks aligned with established performance metrics.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • 2–5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes (O2C).

  • High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).

  • Proven administrative and customer service experience with strong follow-up skills.

  • Confidence and independence in making customer calls.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus (training provided).
