$13.00 por hora
¿Como es un dia tipico como Oficinista? Estaras:
- Asistiendo con tareas basicas de oficina y deberes administrativos.
- Utilizando Microsoft Office y QuickBooks para gestionar las operaciones diarias y mantener registros.
- Comunicandote de manera efectiva en ingles para entender y responder a consultas.
Este trabajo podria ser una excelente opcion si tu:
- Tienes un conocimiento basico de los procedimientos y sistemas de oficina, con competencia en Microsoft Office y de preferencia Quickbooks.
- Estas familiarizado con QuickBooks (ideal).
- Puedes comunicarte en ingles a un nivel que permita la comprension y conversacion basica.
- Estas disponible para trabajar a tiempo parcial de lunes a viernes de 11:00AM a 4:30PM.
