- Build relationships and develop communication skills
- Providing front-desk support by managing calls, greeting and screening visitors, and resolving basic service issues
- Overseeing mail sorting/distribution, shipping, and office supply inventory
- Maintaining a clean, organized common area and professional reception space
- Offering backup support for departmental projects and the Culture department as needed
- Supporting the Director of Personnel Administration with clerical tasks, data entry, and personnel record maintenance
- Managing organizational resources, labor law posters, audits, status change forms, and bereavement leave documentation
- Completing other administrative duties as assigned
- Have one to three years of similar or related administrative or clerical experience (required)
- Possess a high school diploma or GED (required)
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Are attentive to detail and accuracy
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Are comfortable working in an office environment and spending extended hours in front of a computer
- Can occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds
