What's a typical day as Office Assistant? You'll be:
• Providing office and administrative support, including maintaining supplies, data entry, scheduling, and creating informational materials under the guidance of the Community Impact Coordinator.
• Assisting in planning, organizing, and supporting events, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
• Supporting outreach efforts by assisting with communications and coordinating with staff and interns, as well as tracking and reporting to ensure effective outreach.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks efficiently.
• Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in Adobe, Canva, or social media being a plus.
• Are bilingual, proficient in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Hold a valid driver's license for occasional local travel for outreach and events.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service, particularly in supporting farmworkers and migrant communities, regardless of their immigration, social, or economic status.
