Kelly Services is hiring a Powder Coating Technician in Farmington!

What You'll Do

  • Prep, mask, plug, and clean sheet-metal parts for powder coating
  • Load/unload components onto the coating line
  • Perform industrial painting touch-ups and rework
  • Operate grinders, air tools, and shop equipment safely
  • Conduct visual quality inspections for smooth and accurate finishes
  • Assist with color changeovers and cleaning of coating equipment
  • Follow production instructions and 5S organization practices
  • Support a safe and fast-moving manufacturing workflow

What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in powder coating, metal finishing, industrial painting, or manufacturing preferred
  • Able to stand, bend, and lift 50–70 lbs. throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and follow precise coating and quality processes

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time
  • $20.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
  • Long-Term Temp with potential for permanent hire based on performance
