Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician Full-Time | Dayton, OH

From the first test run of the morning to rapid STAT analyses, your expertise directly shapes diagnoses and treatments for those who've served.

What You'll Do:

• Perform moderate and high-complexity laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples
• Troubleshoot instruments, maintain QC logs, ensure regulatory and safety compliance
• Consult with providers, communicate critical results, and contribute to multidisciplinary care
• Manage inventory and supplies to keep the lab running smoothly
• Complete required documentation, proficiency testing, and participate in ongoing training

Whether you're running a STAT CBC, investigating abnormal results, or backing up bench staff, you are essential to every patient outcome.

Required:

• MT (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) or MLT certification (required)
• At least 2 years' clinical lab experience
• Ability to work Monday-Friday (either 7:00am-3:30pm OR 3:00pm-11:30pm)
• Excellent attention to detail, independence, and commitment to high reliability
