Mechanical Project Manager – Power Generation / Data Center Construction
Location: New Albany, OH
Start Date: immediately
Duration: 18+ months
Pay: competitive compensation and full benefits package

Embark on a pivotal role overseeing the mechanical systems in a trailblazing data center project. We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager with a rich background in power generation, Balance of Plant (BOP), and the commissioning of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and contractors for timely, cost-effective project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Manage procurement of mechanical equipment and logistics, ensuring value and reliability.
  • Lead a dynamic project team, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project objectives are met and challenges swiftly resolved.
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor budgets and performance against milestones.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in power generation projects, with in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and BOP.
  • Minimum 2 years managing large-scale projects in an engineering environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Preferred Skills:
  • Project Management Professional Credential.
