Kelly, in partnership with a growing manufacturer, is looking for Mechanics in Hillsboro, ND! We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals looking for an opportunity to train to be a Maintenance Mechanic.
These are direct hire positions, meaning you will be hired directly with our client and offered their vacation and benefit time on day 1!

- Our client runs a 12 hour (8 to 8) Dupont schedule that bounces between days and nights, but offers you 14 days off per month as well as the ability to earn overtime and double time!
- Pay: $32.80 per hour

Inspection, (parts) replacements, alignment, balancing, installation, and refurbishment.

Required to understand the operating principles of this equipment and its role in the process/factory.

Understand equipment function and application to the extent that equipment performance can be optimized.

Work closely with Production gaining a detailed understanding of operating parameters to ensure that Maintenance interventions are both appropriate and effective.

Perform a variety of joining and fabrication activities. To that extent, individuals will weld, cut, braze, and solder a variety of materials. This includes welding carbon steel using the SMAW and GMAW processes and welding stainless steel metals using the SMAW process.
