   Location: Naperville, IL
   Pay Rate: $46.61
   Shift: Monday to Friday7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
   Employment Type: 5-month contract
   Work Setup: Onsite

What's a typical day as a Material Planner IV? You will:
  • Convert weekly supply orders into production plans and detailed schedules, updating process orders as needed.

  • Lead weekly scheduling meetings with product supply teams and adapt the plant's production schedule based on findings.
    Maintain and close process orders timely in SAP/APO systems, ensuring accuracy for efficient materials management and EWM effectiveness.

  • Ensure alignment between process orders and production plans (short to long-term), proactively resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders to support continuous production.
  • Execute and optimize material requirements planning (MRP), support compliance initiatives, and drive operational excellence through participation in plant systems, dashboards, and process improvement practices.
 This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Strong SAP knowledge and practical experience.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team environment.

  • Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.

  • Experience with MRP systems and process order management in a manufacturing setting. 

Preferred:

  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Project management experience or formal training.
  • Familiarity with integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) practices.
  • Participation or experience in Business Development (BD) supply chain setups and operational governance.
