Material Handler (Imaging Specialist) – Madison, WI
Location:
Madison, WI 53718
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
No weekends or overtime expected
Pay Rate:
$16.25 per hour Job Overview Kelly is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler (Imaging Specialist) to join our team. You'll be responsible for preparing, scanning, and indexing important client documents, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and sort hard copy records for scanning
  • Scan documents to create electronic images using third-party software
  • Ensure image and data quality; correct errors as needed
  • Enter required data fields manually for validation/verification
  • Reassemble documents and prepare finished product for delivery
  • Maintain scanning hardware/software and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist with training new Imaging Specialists
  • Follow safety procedures and report any incidents
  • Use pallet jacks and carts as necessary
  • Participate in company policies, safety and security drills, and other assigned duties
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a team-focused or service environment preferred
  • Comfortable with manual data entry and basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Able to perform physical tasks as required (no heavy lifting or forklift certification needed)
  • Casual dress code (no t-shirts with offensive content)
  • PPE provided onsite
