Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7AM-5PM 
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Duration: Temp to Hire

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician? You'll be:
• Aligning performance to assigned KPI goals individually and for your team.
• Following all safety requirements and raising safety concerns when observed.
• Following written and oral instructions and providing process feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assembling and manufacturing products in conformance to quality requirements using hand tools, power tools, and high-speed automation equipment across one or more work cells.
• Performing basic troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
• Supporting inventory management by performing accurate and timely inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Supporting the 5S Program by ensuring that your work cell is in compliance with the standardized layout.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Have the ability to be trained in specific skill sets as needed (e.g., soldering, electronic assembly, machining, injection molding).
• Have flexibility to work in different manufacturing work cells as needed.
• Are self-motivated.
