 Location: Polaris – Monticello, MN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Full-Time)
Shifts: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rates:

• Machine Operators: $19/hour

• Assemblers: $17/hour

What You'll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator:

• Operate CNC machinery with precision

• Load parts, verify machine settings, and check measurements

• Meet production and quality targets

• Use inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Complete accurate quality and production documentation

As an Assembler:

• Assemble parts, deburr, and perform leak testing

• Use measurement tools and inspection gauges

• Inspect parts and keep records of operations

• Follow established quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience with hand tools and measurement equipment

• Previous manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints or mechanical drawings

• High school diploma or GED required
