What's a typical day as Manufacturing Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues on production equipment and machinery.
  • Following established maintenance plans and schedules to keep equipment functioning at peak performance.
  • Performing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend machine life.
  • Fabricating and welding components as required for repairs and upgrades.
  • Ordering and managing spare parts and supplies for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO).
  • Maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assisting senior maintenance technicians and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations while using proper PPE.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School diploma or GED and technical training/certification in electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Possess proven skills in PLC troubleshooting and programming, as well as strong electrical, mechanical, welding, and fabrication expertise.
  • Have experience with MRO, and can read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Communicate clearly and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable maintaining digital maintenance records.
  • Can meet physical requirements, including standing for long shifts, climbing ladders, repetitive movements, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in varying environmental conditions.
  • Are committed to safety, including use of PPE like steel-toed shoes, eye and hearing protection, and appropriate workwear.
