Maintenance Technician – Day & Night Shifts | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Richfield, WI
Join a thriving manufacturing team as a Maintenance Technician where your technical expertise will keep production running smoothly. We offer a collaborative environment and a highly competitive sign-on bonus. Multiple positions are available on both day and night shifts, operating on a consistent 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts from 7am–7pm.
What You'll Do:

  • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on a variety of production and support equipment (including molding, automation, HVAC, compressed air/chiller systems, and facilities).
  • Follow the preventative maintenance plan for molding and automation equipment—executing tasks on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and re-calibrate equipment to ensure operational reliability and readiness for scheduled production runs.
  • Respond to emergency/unscheduled repairs as well as perform routine, scheduled maintenance on machinery and support systems.
  • Set up and prepare machinery for production cycles.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete maintenance and required repairs.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks and coordinate as part of a team as needed.
  • Diagnose and resolve auxiliary equipment issues; document all maintenance activities and provide feedback on set-up guides, preventative maintenance records, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and actively contribute to a safe workplace.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; completion of a related accredited two-year technical program or four-year university program preferred.
  • Three to five years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent on-the-job training and experience.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics/prints.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC programming or ladder logic.
  • Strong commitment to safety; LOTO and Forklift Certification required.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accurate documentation and preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member, effectively prioritizing tasks.
Schedule:
  • 12-hour shifts, day or night shift positions available- 7am-7pm
  • 2-2-3 schedule
