Maintenance Technician | Pinellas Park, Florida
Full-time | Onsite | First, second, or third shift available

Temp-to-hire: Client will convert to permanent in 4-6 months and may consider direct hire for exceptionally qualified candidates with automation experience.

Pay: $35+/hr depending on experience

Kelly Engineering is currently seeking several Maintenance Technicians for a long-term engagement for our client in Pinellas Park, FL.
  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Perform reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance to support production equipment
  • Lead Technical and Process Improvement Projects
  • Analyze production data, identify trends, and offer recommendations for improvement.
  • Create, maintain, and improve documentation related to equipment and manufacturing processes
  • Provide design input on custom-fabricated equipment and equipment parts
  • Train Technicians and Machine Operators
  Basic Qualifications
  • 3 years or more Electro-Mechanical Maintenance
  • Experience in industrial preventative maintenance (electric motors, gearboxes, pneumatic cylinders, cams, bearings, VFD systems, sensors, servos, potentiometers, heaters, and burners)
  • Experience interpreting electrical schematics, specifications, manuals, and blueprints

Nice to haves
  • AAS Degree or Vocational Education
  • Experience working with PLC/HMI software
  • Vision software experience
