Description

Kelly, in partnership with a growing manufacturer, is looking for two Maintenance Technicians in Grafton, WI! Our client is offering a $1000 sign on bonus as well as a work culture that is second to none and training to skyrocket your career!

These are direct hire positions, meaning you will be hired directly with our client and offered their competitive benefit, vacation and compensation package upon hire.

Details:
Pay: $28 - $35 per hour 
Shift options:
2nd shift hours: 2:00 pm – 10:30pm Monday through Friday
3rd shift hours: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am Monday through Friday

What's a typical day as a Machine Maintenance Technician? You'll be: 
•    Troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical and mechanical problems
•    Assembling mechanical and electrical machines
•    Performing routine preventive industrial maintenance to ensure smooth machine operation and efficient building systems
•    Repairing or replacing defective equipment parts
•    Cleaning and lubricating machinery parts
•    Inspecting and testing machinery to diagnose malfunctions
•    Performing maintenance actions such as inspecting drives, motors, and belts, checking fluid levels, and replacing filters
•    Assembling, installing, or repairing wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment
•    Following all established safety, health, quality, GMP, and Company policies/procedures

Requirements:
•    Have a high school diploma
•    1+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician
•    Have a strong mechanical aptitude
