We're hiring 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Technicians at a top-tier production facility in Fargo, ND. Compensation:

  • $26–$30 per hour, based on experience
  • Additional shift premium and OT opportunities
Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

What You'll Do as a 2nd or 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and assembly machinery during your scheduled shift, Monday–Friday.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Log work orders and maintenance activities using digital maintenance software.
  • Proactively request and manage machine parts and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Strong understanding of industrial pneumatics, electrical systems, controls, and mechanics.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and experience with powered hand tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a shift-based environment.
