Shifts Monday -Friday (O/T voluntary)
1st shift: 7a-3:45pm $15.00

What's a typical day as a Maintenance Porter? You'll be:
- Facility Appearance and Function: Responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the facility.
- Cleanliness and Integrity: Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of amenities, restrooms, cafeteria, lobby, and parking lot.
- General Repairs: Conduct general repairs and maintenance of the office and supplemental areas.
- Incident Response: Respond to spill incidents and adverse weather conditions.
- Roof Maintenance: Assist with roof maintenance and clearing of drains.
- Support Maintenance Personnel: Aid in site preparation, cleanup activities, and management of spare parts.
- Tool Proficiency: Competent in using both hand tools and power tools.
- Instruction Compliance: Able to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer skills
