Kelly® is seeking a Machine Operators to work at a premier manufacturing facility in Newark, DE.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$21 per hour
2p to 10p M-F +OT as needed
**Training on 1st shift 7a to 3p, required
What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be:
- Safely setting up and operating a Slitter and other equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Performing routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Monitoring processes for leaks and abnormalities, taking appropriate action as required.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a high school diploma or GED; an Associate technical degree is preferred.
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience working in an industrial environment.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer skills and Distributive Control Systems (DCS).
