Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st ,2nd 3rd wiht pay differential for 3rd Why you should apply to be Machine Operator:

What's a typical day as Machine Operator? You'll be:
  • Operating equipment to manufacture, assemble, and package products to meet or exceed quality specifications.
  • Following written and verbal directions from Team Leads and adhering to all standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Using various manufacturing and measurement equipment safely and efficiently, and notifying your Team Lead of any issues.
  • Completing all required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following gowning and cleanroom protocols.
  • Supporting process validation and improvement initiatives with engineering or manufacturing technicians as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bring prior experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred, but not required).
  • Possess an understanding of quality standards, material handling, and use of basic hand tools.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to perform simple math, and accurately complete documentation.
  • Are able to comply with all safety policies, cleanroom hygiene, and personal protective equipment requirements.
  • Can contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement culture.
  • Are able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, and perform duties that may require sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive motion.
