Machine Operator – 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift
Located 15–20 minutes from Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls
Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We're hiring Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing facility in Lima, NY. These full-time, temp-to-hire positions offer weekly pay, paid training on equipment, and the chance to grow your skills in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Available Shifts & Pay:

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) — $16.00/hour
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday) — $17.60/hour
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday–Thursday) — $18.40/hour
Note: 3rd shift hires start with paid training on 1st or 2nd shift for 1–2 weeks but receive 3rd shift pay from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Set up, run, and monitor production machinery
  • Feed raw materials into machines and check output
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished parts
  • Record production counts and complete documentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Individuals with hands-on production or mechanical skills who can learn quickly
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable transportation — facility is not on the bus line
  • Willingness to attend an on-site interview and facility tour
