                                DIRECT HIRE MACHINE OPERATOLR

Pay Rate: $20.42 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift differential 
Schedule: 5pm to 5am 2-2-3. Work schedule

Job Duties:
• Maintaining a general knowledge of the cheese production process and procedures.
• Packaging cheese products in the proper bags, boxes, and labels, ensuring accurate information.
• Completing necessary paperwork and passing it on to the cheese supervisor.
• Facilitating quality assurance tests, such as scale checks and metal detector checks.
• Collaborating with the packaging team to ensure proper sanitation of equipment and conveyors.
• Assisting in coordinating cooler organization and maintenance.
 
Requirements:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Have experience in a dairy or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Are able to operate a forklift (forklift certification provided).
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Possess basic math and computer operational skills.
• Have strong organizational and time management skills.

• Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
