Pay Rate: $19.51/hr + Bonuses

Kelly, in collaboration with Kenvue, is searching for enthusiastic Machine Operators who are ready to grow and thrive in an innovative, high-energy environment!

What We Offer:

Shift Schedule:
12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule
Choose: 6:15am–6:45pm or 6:15pm–6:45am

Your Role:
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment
  • Set up, adjust, and repair machinery in line with quality and safety standards
  • Monitor production to ensure top quality and consistency
  • Document production data and keep accurate machine logs
  • Collaborate with teams to drive process improvements
Who You Are:
  • High school diploma or GED required (certifications a plus)
  • Entry level—no prior experience necessary!
  • Strong teamwork skills with a knack for independent work
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with SOP, GMP, or similar standards (preferred)
