Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

Packing: 1st Shift $14.00/hr | 2nd Shift $14.15/hr | 3rd Shift $14.30/hr (Open availability, mandatory OT as needed)
Paid orientation: $14.00/hr (Held Mondays and Thursdays at 10am for 2 hours)

What's a typical day as a Light Assembly Worker – Warehouse Packer? You'll be:
  • Operating and monitoring production line machinery for sweet and salty snack products
  • Packaging products according to company specifications and quality standards
  • Conducting routine quality checks, inspecting final products for defects, and reporting issues
  • Packing finished snacks securely and labeling accurately to ensure product integrity
  • Following hygiene and safety regulations, including regular cleaning of workstations and equipment
  • Monitoring packaging material inventory and maintaining organized stock areas
  • Collaborating closely with supervisors, team leads, and maintenance personnel
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are comfortable working in a food production setting with common allergens present (e.g., eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy)
  • Can stand for extended periods (3–4 hours at a time), lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions
  • Have open shift availability and flexibility to work mandatory overtime, including weekends
  • Are able to follow a detailed dress code and adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols
  • Thrive in a team setting and are eager to learn new skills in an essential industry
