? What's a typical day as a Legal Assistant? You will:
? Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and case files.
? Enter and update data across multiple legal and state systems.
? Maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
? Coordinate hearings, meetings, and documentation deadlines.
? Communicate with attorneys, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
? Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.
? Track case status and assist attorneys with case preparation.
? Support administrative and legal coordination efforts across programs.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Strong computer proficiency (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, data systems).
Experience multitasking across multiple digital platforms.
Background in legal documentation, case management, or compliance work.
High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Comfort working in a structured, policy-driven environment.
