Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our growing team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of our medical products, directly impacting the lives of our patients.
In this role, you will:
- Safeguard quality: Assist in implementing and maintaining quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP, FDA 21 CFR Part 820/211, EU MDR, and other relevant regulations.
- Support manufacturing: Conduct in-process sub-assembly and final QC product acceptance testing, ensuring products meet stringent quality standards.
- Solve problems: Work collaboratively with operations teams to investigate and document product and process non-conformances.
- Maintain records: Review device history records, authorize release of finished products/processes, and execute calibration and environmental monitoring processes.
- Manage inventory: Sample raw materials and oversee the retain room for inventory management.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (medical device or pharmaceutical preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
