L3 Platform Support Technician
Hillsboro, Oregon
M-F 8am-5pm
Pay starts at $26/hr W2 | Benefits+ PTO

Job Overview & Required Skills:

• Perform server, client systems hardware replacement – CPU's, DIMMs, network cards graphic cards CPLD.
• Set up and configure KVM s for remote access. Fix KVM and SSH connectivity.
• Configure BMC connection for remote users
• Install Linux/Windows in server/client systems and configure network and users' logins.
• Disassemble servers for board rework and re-assemble it back to the original after getting the rework board back.
• Test the PDU, KVM and OS login connectivity after deploying or moving systems.
• Experience with ISMP ticketing, system.
