Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Location: Milan, IL (Onsite)
Assignment Length: 12 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift Information: Must be open to all shifts due to fluctuating production schedules

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM CST
  • 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM CST
  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST
  • Overtime may be required as needed
    Work Environment: Metatarsal safety boots required on the first day

Position Overview:
As an Inventory Coordinator, you'll ensure point of use inventory accuracy by reviewing count cards, auditing adjustments, and reconciling discrepancies. You'll play an active role in supporting EWM enhancements, engaging in cross-functional collaboration, and participating in quarterly inventory audits—all while adapting to a dynamic production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review count cards and adjust inventory accordingly
  • Audit inventory adjustments made by fellow coordinators
  • Work closely with Operations, Perpetual Inventory Coordinators/Supervisors, and wage counters to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and implement solutions to correct and prevent recurrence
  • Participate in quarterly inventory audits
  • Support EWM implementation by collaborating on enhancement launches, coordinating wage training, and assisting with dashboard and tool development

SAP Responsibilities:

  • Notify relevant teams of issues requiring their attention (inspection, maintenance, etc.)
  • Conduct part movement research and analysis
  • Analyze inventory counts, create department tasks for resolving exceptions and cleaning up mixed bins
  • Monitor queues to ensure workflow and throughput
  • Resolve queue/RF issues as needed
  • Post and finalize count adjustments above the counter threshold

Additional Details:

  • Must be willing and able to work any shift, including overtime
  • Must wear metatarsal safety boots on Day 1
