• Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
• Location: Lubbock, TX 79415
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Temp-to-hire (Expected conversion after 91 days)
What's a typical day as a Cycle Counter I? You will:
Perform daily inventory counts and reconciliation activities
Conduct audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory matches system records
Investigate inventory discrepancies and report damaged or inconsistent goods
Operate forklifts to move and organize inventory
Weigh, measure, and repackage products as needed
Maintain accurate inventory records in inventory management systems
Locate misplaced items and organize warehouse materials
Follow safety and organizational procedures throughout warehouse operations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience (REGIS or similar experience preferred)
Previous forklift operation experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and using inventory software
Ability to lift, move, and organize products as required
