Join our dynamic team as an Internal Communications Specialist! In this fully remote position, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that effectively communicate our company's business objectives, culture, and values to our employees. You will partner with executive management and various departments to create engaging internal communication materials, ensuring that our messages resonate with our audience. Job Specifications:
- Location: Remote
- Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support timely and effective communication to the program team, including newsletters and program updates.
- Manage monthly highlights communication at the program level.
- Oversee org charts, distribution lists, and onboarding items for the team.
- Administer the program intranet and Yammer sites.
- Maintain the team mailbox and calendar.
- Facilitate workstream and live site communications.
- Map Business Enablement Team business processes.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Create and update Train the Trainer & Instructor-Led Training classes in the LMS and Outlook, managing attendance.
- Organize kickoff meetings by creating Outlook invites and sending communications before and after.
- Assist the Training Analyst with training assignment management and communicate training incompletions.
- Create and assign read-and-sign makeup training as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a specialized field.
- Strong ability to communicate program information through an internal communications strategy.
- Proactive and self-navigating with a focus on executing high-value projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the med device industry or ERP implementation is a plus.
- Basic project management skills/experience.
