Now hiring a Inside Sales Representative for our premier manufacturing client in Sioux Falls, SD!

Salary: $60k-$70k annually
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Location: Sioux Falls, SD 57104
Position Type: Direct hire

Job Summary: Looking for someone with B2B experience to provide customer service and follow-up, manage customer orders, and complete related administrative duties to manage customer relations and related business documentation as part of the Inside Sales Department

Responsibilities

  • Receive customer emails and phone calls with order details
  • Enter customer Purchase Orders with accuracy
  • Communicate order status
  • Update customer database
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist with creating estimates for customers
  • Monitor and update changes to customer pricing
  • Review incoming customer purchase orders and check for accuracy
  • Make customer follow-up calls
  • Make customer contact for freight arrangements
  • Generate weekly customer contact report
  • Run shipping schedule report and forward to management
  • Assist with administrative and customer support duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and timely follow-up
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to complete job duties with minimal direction
  • Ability to work longer hours when necessary
