- Supporting mold trials and facilitating the transition of new tooling and models into production
- Investigating and resolving issues related to scrap, cycle time, and process variability
- Collaborating with production, tooling, and maintenance teams to improve reliability and efficiency
- Participating in capital projects involving molding equipment and automation
- Assisting with tooling reviews and providing design feedback using CAD and 3D modeling software
- Identifying and implementing process changes to reduce costs and enhance part quality
- Overseeing new tool start-up and qualification processes
- Investigating equipment failures and implementing corrective actions
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve equipment performance, operations, and support the introduction of new molds, automation systems, and auxiliary equipment
- Have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
- Possess experience in injection molding process engineering, ideally within manufacturing environments
- Are proficient with CAD and 3D modeling software for tooling reviews and design feedback
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of process improvement
- Can collaborate effectively across production, maintenance, and technical teams
- Are familiar with process optimization, scrap reduction, and automation implementation
- Have experience overseeing tooling and equipment start-up, qualification, and troubleshooting
