Industrial Painter / Production Support Needed!

Location: East Syracuse
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour


Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual interested in varied, all-around work to support our production and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is willing to learn, and can take direction well.
The position will involve a mix of tasks such as industrial painting, assembly testing, and general shop support, depending on daily needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform industrial painting and finishing work (when applicable)
• Assist with product assembly and general production tasks
• Help with testing and inspection of products
• Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks as assigned
• Support team members as needed across different job functions
