Hybrid Planning Data Analyst (Temporary 12-Week Assignment)

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Planning Data Analyst in Preston, WA! This full-time, temporary position offers you the chance to leverage your analytical skills to support our Supply Chain operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations by building insightful reports and conducting analysis that drives inventory and forecasting efforts. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temporary (12 weeks) -could extend
- Location: Preston, WA
- Pay Rate: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
- Shift: Full-time (Hybrid, 3+ days in-office)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build new reports for Planning and other Supply Chain Operations departments as directed.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
- Support the management and maintenance of metrics and KPIs.
- Drive inventory tracing exercises as necessary.
- Manage weekly reporting efforts for distressed finished goods, work-in-progress, inventory projections, and valuation.
- Generate monthly raw material forecasts and provide analysis of data for trends and callouts.
- Support cross-functional projects with reporting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and SQF practices, reporting any issues to management.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum of three (3) years of report building and data analysis experience.
- Experience with WMS and ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel up to 10% and occasionally work evenings and weekends for special assignments.
