Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team in West Memphis, Arkansas. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, focusing on recruitment-related tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This position is strictly administrative and will not involve interaction with store managers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and organize HR files and documents (both physical and electronic).
- Daily timecard management and revisions.
- Utilize Kelly Webtime for employee timekeeping.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on HR and/or recruitment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with timekeeping systems (Kelly Webtime a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills.
- Monday: 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- Tuesday - Friday: Flexible between 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Relaxed; jeans are permitted (no holes).
Interview Process:
Selected candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview with the HR team, including the hiring manager and the HR Director.
