Human Resources Manager (Temp-to-Hire) – Websterville, VT

Schedule: Onsite for at least the first 6 months (4 days/week)
Location: Websterville, VT

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a difference in a manufacturing environment? Join us as a Human Resources Manager!

You'll partner with leaders to build positive employee relations, drive engagement, and foster a collaborative workplace. You'll lead HR initiatives, support union relations, and help develop supervisors while enjoying competitive pay, medical/dental benefits, retirement savings, paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including manufacturing and labor relations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to connect with employees at all levels
  • Willingness to work onsite in Websterville, VT for 6+ months (4 days/week)
  • Flexible for future relocation
