At Kelly®, we're seeking an HR Talent Advisor for direct hire, to work at a premier client in West Chester, OH.

Pay Rate:
Competitive salary based on experience.
Direct Hire

HR Talent Advisor:
• Managing contract employees onsite at a client facility, point of contact for counseling, coaching, time off requests, scheduling conflicts
• Coordinating with client HR department on hiring needs
• Leading high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for various roles, building talent pipelines, and connecting individuals with suitable jobs.
• Managing programs to drive engagement, creativity, skill development, and performance among the talent pool.
• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance discussions, and coaching.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a polished and professional approach
• Have proficiency in HR/staffing practices, including talent management, onboarding, and offboarding.  (candidates who have worked with staffing agencies in the past preferred)
• Possess a strong understanding of HR principles, such as employment law and contract language.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
