Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Pay rate based on experience: $28-31 per hour.
6 contract position.

What's a typical day as HR Specialist? You'll be:
• Managing and supporting key HR processes in the Workday/SAP system, including employee lifecycle processes and HR reporting.
• Handling HR documentation and administering data quality reports while correcting any errors.
• Actively seeking continuous improvement ideas and running initiatives towards process improvements and automation.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have solid knowledge and expertise in HR systems, specifically Workday and/or SAP (a must).
• Bring 3 years of experience in an HR environment and possess a Bachelor's degree with a strong preference for a concentration in HR.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish, with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments. (Bilingual experience required)
